The victim claims Hernandez parked the cruiser and spilled an unknown liquid on a laceration on her chest. He then allegedly lifted up her shirt and began touching her breasts, reports say. The woman says Hernandez exposed he privates and ordered her to "get down." She took that order as a sexual demand and refused, reports say. Hernandez touched the victim inappropriately again before the incident ended. It is unclear whether he took her to the county jail following the alleged assault.
