Sandor Guillen of Miami-Dade County, Florida was arrested Friday after he failed a random drug test, news sources report. Guillen, 38, is currently awaiting trial for previous DUI hit-and-run that left 13-year-old Kaely Camacho dead. Guillen was booked into the Miami-Dade County Jail following that incident on charges of DUI manslaughter and vehicular homicide. He was later released and ordered to wear an ankle monitor; however, Guillen was back in jail Friday for failing a drug test. It is unclear whether he qualified for bail bond, and there is still no indication of whether he has lined up an attorney.

Police arrested Guillen in May 2012 following a DUI hit-and-run accident. According to reports, Guillen was under the influence of alcohol, driving 100 mph along a bus lane. Camacho was in a car with her sister and her father when Guillen's speeding vehicle collided with the side of their car. Reports say Guillen fled the scene on foot following the collision. Paramedics took Camacho to the hospital, where she later died.

Officers booked Guillen into jail following the accident but he later bailed out of jail on terms that he wears an ankle-monitoring bracelet and take random drug tests. On Friday, Guillen reportedly failed a random drug screening when he reportedly tested positive for amphetamine, a popular stimulant and component of the oft-abused prescription drug Adderall. The drug has various side effects, including euphoria, appetite reduction, and energy increase.

Guillen appeared in court following the arrest and told a county judge that he had a prescription for Adderall because he has attention deficit disorder; however, Guillen said he did not know his doctor's name and could not prove that the prescription was legal.

"You see a doctor who prescribed a controlled substance to you and you don't know that person's name?" The judge asked. Guillen said he simply knew the doctor by his initials DK. "Unfortunately, ma'am, right now, I can't remember," Guillen told the judge.
