Andrew Seabrooks of Miami, Florida was arrested recently after he was accused of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl at gunpoint, news sources report. Information regarding the victim's identity was not immediately available following the arrest. Seabrooks, 23, was booked into the Miami-Dade County Jail on six counts of sexual assault with a weapon. It is unclear whether he qualified for bail bond. It is also unclear whether he has lined up a criminal defense attorney.

Reports say the incident occurred in June 2011. The victim, who was 16 at the time, called Seabrooks for a ride from her friend's home in Miami-Dade to her home in Dania Beach. The girl had met Seabrooks only four months earlier and knew the man by the nickname "Bigs," sources say. Seabrooks picked up the girl up in his white car and headed north along Interstate 95.

According to reports, Seabrooks did not take the girl to her friend's house as expected. He allegedly pulled the car over on the side of the street across from Oakwood Plaza near Stirling Road. The victim claims that Seabrooks revealed a gun and ordered her to perform fellatio. During the confrontation, Seabrooks allegedly told the girl she would get "two leads," if she did not do as he said. The girl followed Seabrooks's orders and then Seabrooks drove to a nearby McDonalds, sources say.

Once Seabrooks and the victim left the McDonalds, Seabrooks allegedly ordered the victim to perform fellatio again. She girl purportedly complied out of fear, and when she finished, Seabrooks allegedly penetrated the victim with the firearm. Seabrooks then led the teen behind a nearby business and continued the sexual assault, sources indicate.

Seabrooks and the victim eventually got back into the car, and Seabrooks allegedly removed his information from the victim's cell phone. Reports say Seabrooks then dropped the girl off at her home. The victim later gave part of what she remembered as Seabrooks's license plate number to the police. Officers tracked Seabrooks down using the information, the victim was able to identify Seabrooks in a photo lineup.
